Heeposh Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Heeposh, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in line with the following policy:

Return & Exchange Policy

- We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

- Returns/exchanges are only valid for orders placed directly through our official website. Purchases made via third-party online or offline distributors are not eligible.

- Products bought under the ₹1,299 Sale are not eligible for return. Exchange is possible only if the same product/size is available.

Guidelines for a valid return/exchange:

1. Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

2. Tags should be intact and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Once received, the item will go through a quality check before refund or exchange is processed.

Steps to Return/Exchange

1. Log in to our website and visit the Order Section.

2. Select the item you wish to return/exchange.

3. Place a request for reverse pickup.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.

- Only size exchanges or defective item exchanges are eligible.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- Once dispatched, an exchange order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

- If you wish to exchange with an alternative product:

  • Please email us at customercareheeposh@gmail.com with product image and size details.

  • The product value must be the same. If higher, you’ll need to pay the balance.

- Only one exchange per order is permitted. Returns are not accepted on exchanged products.

Refund Policy

- Refunds will be processed only after quality check of the returned item.

- If the product fails QC, it will be shipped back to you.

- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

Refund Timelines:

• Prepaid Orders: 5–7 business days post-QC

• COD Orders: 7–10 business days post-QC

• Bank/credit card refunds may take 10–14 working days to reflect in your account.

• Courier/shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders are shipped quickly, so cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of placing the order (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM).

- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–8 working days.
